Corsair>Kingston>Transcend, most feasible options you have with you.
Prices have decreased
you will get 8GB kingston in 1K
and Corsair would come in 1.6-1.7K

8GB pen drive is available for as low as Rs.890(transcend) . Kingston 8GB for Rs. 950.
I give first preference to speed, looks come second.

Corsair Voyager

Rest of the brands dont perform like Corsair & they are not strong enough.
dont look at the price, its the performance & product life you should consider, anyways the cost is well under your budget.
