Post Decent system for 13k

I know that this kind of question has been asked innumerable times here, but again, new and better goods keep entering the market from time to time. So, can anyone give/make/suggest a configuration of a system under 13k. The pc will be used for videos, programming. ( No intense games )

you need first to tell if you got any components from any older system, especially monitor. Its kinda tough budget, but intel/amd have given us enough options I will say.

u can replace the mobo and proccy combi with this one

AMD 4600+ X2 with Asus M2N MX Se or Gigabyte N61 chipset board for approx 4.6 k... better performance both of proccy and mobo.
