in that price range u can't get a decent qudro fx card which is very essential for softwares u are using ..otherwise complex models will take a lot of time to render ...u need to buy a powerful gfx card or a good quadro fx card or firegl card ..

there is nothing u can get in this budget that will do u any good ..they are costly ..but they really render very complex models faster ..which is why they are costly ....

specially in CATIA..i don't know ur level of complexity ...but if u are pro ..it will take a lot of time ..

u can go for a lower mobo and better gfx card that will benefit u more cos ur application is gfx oriented so a better gfx card will do the trick ..

intel E7200- 5.4k
asus P5K PL CM-2.8k or palit P35A = 4.2k
palit HD4850 - 9.7k
CM500W-2.7k or corsair vx450W for 3.2k
seagate- 2.6k

all comes @ 25k even if u choose palit P35A and corsair vx450W (which i will recommend u to choose)..and the performance will be much better if u choose 9600gt and MSI P45 neo mobo might give 5~ 7% better performance ..but for ur work this system will beat the system with 9600gt cos HD4850 is hell of a card...

thanks about the good words for the forum ..and it rocks no doubt about that ...well there are many people from hyd ..and it looks like prices are on lower side in hyd ..u should try searching about the same in the forum...

but i have heard many people telling this name called bhumika computers ( i don't know where it is ) ...lots of people buy it from there ...

if u can't find anything look at online shops

http://www.lynx-india.com/

http://theitwares.com/

they are good and credible ..

and don't forget to tell us how ur system performs once u buy it ...
