IBM Monitor Problems.....NEED HELPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have a IBM E74 (Black) 17" CRT Monitor.....from past 2 days I faces a piculiar problem that is my Monitor menu(Exit,Contrast,Brightness etc.) keeps on coming again and again........i mean it continuously poping up again & again............i have got fed up of this problem......is there any solution............plzz help me.....thanx

You need to take it to a repair technician...probably the switch-contacts are playing up.
