Default How much O.C. should I expect?

My friend has bought the following config:

Intel Q9550
Asus P5Q-Pro
Corsair 2 GB Dominator (1066 MHz)
Palit Ati 4850
WD 640 GB x 2 (set in RAID 0)
CoolerMaster Extreme 600W
Cooler Master Elite 333 Cabinet

He now wants to O.C. his system to a limit where he doesn't have to invest in a new CPU cooler or PSU. How much O.C. should he expect? He is also bit confused looking at all the BIOS options in the MoBo. If someone has worked on this then the input would be highly appreciated.

Just a lil bit upon normal clock speed...Coz OC to extreme clock speeds need a aftermarket CPU cooler... So if he has 2.53GHz speed, it safe to stop by 2.8GHZ....(Even i worry for that)

Try setting FSB to 375 which would give a CPU speed of 3.18 Ghz which can be acheived on stock cooling since its 45nm based and try setting ur FSB : DRAM ratio to 4:3 or 3:2 by changing ur DRAM Clock but don't exceed 1066Mhz on stock voltage.

At least the above is expected!

Tell him don't go further than ~3.2GHz and be happy with his already powerpacked rig...
