get a 24" inch to really see what HD4870 OC can do ...cos 19" is bottleneck for HD4850 ....for HD4850 u need atleast 22" to see its real potential ......so u can guess buying a 19" is not advised ..even with HD4850 ..and u are buying Hd4870 OC ..

buy a corsair Hx620W ...or corsair TX750 W ...

can also go for western digital 640 gb ..more value for money and almost performs same as seagate 500 gb (32 mb)

also for gaming why not consider E8400 + MSI P45 neo ...beats above config ...

but 790 GX has an onboard hd 3300 card and inbuilt 1g ddr3 memory .......so along with a 4870 its hybrid crossfire.....! , so u still think the "E8400 + MSI P45 neo ...beats above config ..." ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ???? for gaming ....

ati hybrid crossfire works for only low end GPU ..not with HD4000 series AFAIK

Quote:
What Does An ATI Hybrid CrossFireX™ System Include?

An ATI Hybrid CrossFireX™ system includes an ATI Radeon™ HD 2400 Series2, ATI Radeon™ HD 3400 Series or ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 3400 Series graphics processor and a motherboard based on an AMD 780 integrated chipset, all operating in a Windows Vista® environment.

source

it wouldn't do anything great in any gaming and personally i feel P45 chipset will have advantage in gaming and many applications ....

19" bottleneck for HD4850 ?

Lower the resolution - more the FPS , so how come 19" can bottleneck HD4850 when even 42" cant do it ?

cos any game u throw at HD4850 @ 19" at max settings ...except crysis ..it plays all of the games very merrily ...so its bottleneck to realise the full potential of HD4850 ...if u want to realise its full potential ..u have to have a 22" ....

^^Its a monster gamer.........but if you had got an E8400 + ASUS P5Q/MSI P45 Neo-F then it would have been better.

But none the less....its a superb rig....be happy and cheers!
