The one I have mentioned, is the most selling ones right now. BTW, I use this particular cooler http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/enulforamatf.html (this is not avaialble in india).
Right now, have my E4300 @ 3GHz with idle n load temps of 28c n 37c, respectively.

I donno about the you have mentioned.......so maybe you could check out some reviews.
The enzotech, I had mentioned is the best among the downfacing cooler and mathches the performance of the TRU-120e (the best of the tower cooler).
I did a lot of research and then bought this one..........likewise I would suggest that you also read as many reviews of the coolers you have selected and sort out the one that fits your needs perfectly.

I searched
http://www.anandtech.com/casecooling...spx?i=3210&p=8

your cooler is better, but i decided to go for cooler master gemini II
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835103026

enzotech ultra x costs about 65$
and gemini about 45$
and it can keep my ram and north bridge cool too.

If you can tolerate noise then gemini II is ok ..........but still noise to performance ratio is not good.
