Can We Use Pen Drive As An External Ram.if Yes Then How?

An attempt to do so was made in MS Windows Vista(ReadyBoost Feature). But pendrive can't match the performance of Physical RAM.

Yes you can, there are commercial programs like eboostr that do the job on XP, but, as Thinkfree has said, USB drive cannot match the speeds of the RAM. And since USB drives have limited read/ write cycles, their life will be brought down if you do this. Do this only when you really need the extra speeds.
