Exclamation memory crad problem!!!!!!!!!!!

hiiiiiii guys!!!
i have nokia 6233 & i have 2 memory cards!!!!
1GB & 2 GB
there's everything fine until yhis happens..........
when i was changing my 1st mem card (1GB) & was switching to 2GB card!!!!!!!!!!
The card on mobile says,,,"Memory card not formated,,, format card???"""
Now what should i do???
i must recover my lost files!!!!!
please help!!!!!!!!

Wait a minute.You need to be a bit more clear with your problem.

Which memory card says "Memory card not formated...format card???"

Try inserting the memory card into a memory card reader if possible & see if it gets detected.If it does then you can back up all your data.
