Question start up


when system boots-up, windows logon is displayed thenafter pointer is displays on the screen & It stays the same even after rebooting the system for many times. What should I do?

First thing u should do is to stop writing in BOLD and big font...........

2nd thing is to do is, try to log in to safe mode and restart from there.
If not solved check ur RAM and HDD cable connection(power n data both)
