Want to buy external hard disk

External Hard Disk - 1 TB - Available - Hyderabad

Hi friends...Need some real help.

I have just recently moved to Hyderabad so not much aware of the city here.

Please help me in getting an external hard disk with your valuable suggestions.

1. I want an external hard disk of 1 TB size as I have huge data which i need to carry along when i travel. And i do travel frequently.

2. I am not preferring buying external hard disk and then using casing as somehow it has never worked perfect and easy for me.

3. I heard seagte / westren digital / maxtor etc ...can you say which one is best to buy and also value for money.

4. Where do i purchase in Hyderabad so that I pay reasonable price and genuine product. I heard there is CTC at secunderabad but can you please suggest some reputed shops as i have never been there.

Please suggest and guide. I await replies of u guys to make a purchase ASAP.

I am not sure about where to buy in HYD, but I am using Western Digital 1TB myBook Edition External HDD and its serving me well. I'd recommend you that.

thanks man...i presume u had no problems and also its carriable / portablke in suitcase...pls confirm
