Hardware vendors in tamilnadu

As a average pc user i know abt the pc peripherals... When i see a dealer who is selling the FX5200LE for 1.8k and he tell the customer that this will able to play all the cur gen games... I was shocked... Then vendor just want to sell his junkie stock and so he decided to sell to one who is not even know abt gfx card... If i am there, i sure ask 4 customer requirements whether he is a casual or hardcore gamer and i then get his budget and help him choose things... if he is not affordabe then i suggest him a good mobo with onboard gfx....OK... friend now tell me is the vendors mentality is right or wrong?

its definitively wrong ...but we can't help it ....for instance the auto drivers of chennai ....i have not seen such greedy auto-drivers elsewhere ...

all the vendors are there for doing business and every noob can start a computer business its no big deal .....but generally computer vendors tend to fool people cos very few people of the share who buys a comp (as comp is a house hold thing now ) knows about computer harware.......so computer vendors make fool of such people dishing out old stuff which they were not able to sell otherwise....a lot of shops in richie street are like that... and infact most people want stuff cheap ...they don't understand what quality is....

So i request u all to help ur friends in build a good pc that is VFM. And it helps them to save their money a lot... This could be a big blow to such vendors... Am i rite?
