installation or download box dissappears

hi. i have a toshiba laptop which i had recently formated because of virus detection. now hen i download files from the net the download box appears and dissapears or when i install files the installation box appears and dissapears .pls hely. Sorry to say that u have mentioned ur problem with too little information. I think the download box disappearing is due to poor network connection. Also, it happens sometimes without any reason. What u can do is use a good dwnld manager.

I think there is memory leak problem with ur Laptop. Thats why the install box disappears. Does this happen every time?

Also try using Avast 4.8 Home as ur AV. Update the AV on daily basis. It could very well be that there is a virus in ur Laptop.
