As usual a BIG no to Intel original mobo, when you can get better mobo's in same price. check 630i chipset based Palit N73PV in Rs 2850and XFX mobo's
WD 640 GB HDD = 3.6K
Samsung SATA Burner in 1100 or Sony IDE Burner in 1200
Cabinet PSU any of Zebronics whichever you like in less than 1.5-2K check in this list theitwares-cabinets

In this setup you will get 2 GB single stick in 1800
Logitech combo of mouse+keyboard in 700

BTW what monitor you choose from Samsung.
Also as for speakers I say get Altec Lansing VS3251E in 3.3K

Your total sum would come up near by30-35K
But I think you left out UPS unless you do not need it.

1) AMD Athlon X2 5200+ : 4k
2) Gigabyte 780G mobo: 4.5k
3) Corsair DDR2 800MHz: 2.4k
4) Western Digital 640Gb sata2 HDD: 3.5k-4k
5) Samsung/Sony DVD writer: 1.2k
6) Kobian 400W SMPS + cabinet: 1.5k
7) Logitech K/B and Mouse: 800
8) Altec Lansing VS3251E : 3k
9) Dell 228WFP : 12k-14k (far superior to samsung models, should be purchased at Dell India page)
10) APC UPS: 2.5k

Intel config:

To get powerful intel config, you need to go for a 19" display instead of 22" which will save you 3k-4k.

1) E8400 : 8k
2) Asus P5KPL-E : 5k
