Cooler Master Hyper TX2 or OCZ Vanquisher CPU Cooler?

I hav a Amd 5200 procy on Asus M2N-E mb, wen playing games it hits 58~60 c in hot days,also planning for moderate overclocking so need a cooler.

So which one choose among these ??

58-60 is very normal temp

But if i overclock it will reach around 65c , Amd 5200+ is designed for 68c,so i need a cooler
