Default Need Help with my cpu temperature


hi guyz,
i recently installed speedfan to monitor my temperature.
It s readingss are
temp 1 86c
temp 2 86c
temp 3 35c
HD0 46c
temp 1 40c

can some one explain me how to interrupt these readings?
Is something wrong in my pc?

temperatures are too high. is it prescott ?
