Nero doesn't show all writing speeds

Why Nero is not showing all writing speeds in the speed selection page. I have a liteon DH20A3P DVD writer and it is showing only selected speeds like 16x,8x,4x(for DVD) and 48x,16x,8x(for CD). if there is no disk in drive and look at the nero writing speed selection menu all speeds are there. but with a disk there is limitations.Help, some others with the same drive says the could burn a DVD at 20x/18x as it says.

dear, this is due to every cd or dvd disk have different writing speed ie if ur writing rewritabe disk then you never write more than 10x speed. its depends on ur cd nd dvd disk, some times its depends on the image file which you are writing.

uninstall and reinstall it...or get new nero8
really good to use...well and as NAVRAJ has said it is true sometimes..and sometimes even some cd's are placed with limitde speed for burning!!
