Default Forced AA,AF etc.not working

I have a ATI HD4850. I had 8.6 Catalyst drivers installed. Everything was working fine. Then 8.7 drivers came out, i installed them and found that when force the AA, AF and Adaptive Anti-Ailisation options from Catalyst Control Center they don't work in games but they do work when i use select them from in-game menu. I thought it was the problem with the drivers then i reverted back to old drivers but still i have this problem. Please help. I have already tried DC Pro.

there is a saying that if something ain't broke, don't fix it.
you see if you go around installing drivers as soon as it come out, you are in line to fall off the cliff.
you need to completely erase everything related to catalyst drivers..uninstall cannot remove everything..it leave behind stuffs..so google for a tool to remove it completely
