Default No Dispaly Problems

Hi
I m using Branded Hp PC Model no. m7360in
I get The BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH atleast once a day
Os is Xp media Center

Problem:
Suddenly one morning my pc was not starting.
No display on monitor
I thought there is prob with monitor as the cpu was making fan noise buut then i noticed that nothing was working
all usb dead , cd rom not opening then i relaised it is CPU Problem
PC is branded so engineer Called up HP and hey came to my place after 3 days
ssaw the problem and replaced my motherboard
still same problem
then as soon as i remove the gfx card it works fine so they ordered a new gfx card for me . but then too PC does not work.

But both the graphic card works well on other pc
So in short, my motherboard has been changed, gfx card has been changed, hardisk is one click format
Still PC is not running with the graphic card on it

So suggest me something guyz
( It has been 21 days Since HP Guyz are coming and going but no solution. they have demanded a new motherboard again.)

i would suggest you to call an electrician to your house to check if anything wrong with earthing and neutral..a leakage of current in the earth and neutral could fry your motherboard and other components gradually...the leakage is not normally detected with the usual current tester.
