Fujitsu Laptop

I'm looking for a laptop that costs below Rs.28,000. If its available in gulf for that price then also its fine.
I'll be mainly using it for programming work (php, mysql), bittorrent downloads, games like counter strike, watching movies.

I saw this laptop from Fujitsu - V1020. I would like to hear your comments on it. Also if there any laptops in that price range please tell me.
Is Fujitsu service good in India ? Its done by Redington India.

There is no way one get a Fujitsu lappy for 28000

In U.A.E. even the lower end model of their notebooks cost around 2700dhs ( approx 32k)

The pricing of the fujitsu 1020 comes around 33K from the site.
You can also get compaq in that range, get without OS and good config, run LinuX, or spend little over 4K get another model with same specs and Windows Vista Home Premium, that is how Compaq lappy models you will find best is 700 series models. all being sub 35K and ultra VFM,
