Upgrading Suggestions

I mainly use my PC for browsing and a bit watching movie. With SP3 my PC is really very slow and want to upgrade it. My budget is around 3k. Please suggest me whether if increasing RAM and adding an AGP will help. Also do i need to change my SMPS if i add an AGP card ? Thanks in advance.

Try to add more RAM. Since you are not into gaming 3k should do fine.
1.Get an agp graphics card~1.5k(GeForce 6200 series should add support to DX9 and has dedicated memory) - For watching movies.
2.Get one more 256MB DDR1 400MHz RAM~0.5k
(It's best to get 2x512MB DDR1 400MHz RAM for 0.8-1k to get 1GB total but 512MB total should do just fine).
3.Upgrade P.S.U to 400w for 1-1.5k.
Try searching Chandni to get these.
P.S-These parts will be hard to find.

i searched Chadni. RAM + Mobo + PSU = Rs.5000/-

so i decided to to buy some second hand ram for now and totally upgrade at the end of next year.
