Smile Desktop PC component specs

Hi all,
I am preparing a matrix of all best possible makes of each component that goes into a desktop PC. I was able to prepare only the following list:
1) Processor : Intel, AMD
2) RAM : Kingston, Hynix
3) Chipset : Intel
4) Motherboard : Intel, Asus, Gigabyte
5) Hard drive : Seagate, Western Digital, Samsung
6) Optical Drive : Samsung, Lite-on, Sony
7) Keyboard & Mouse : TVS, Logitech
8) SMPS : ???
9) LCD Monitor : LG, Samsung

I want to include top 5 best manufacturer's against each component, except processor and chipset. Where can I get the details ? Are there any websites which tell me about the quality etc of each make ? Please help me.

Thanks in advance.
