cpu overheat

i have a Intel motherboard with lga775 socket with Pentium d processor 2.66ghz and 256 mb ddr2 ram, 80 gm ata hdd, lg dvd writer ata , 400 watt smps.i forgot motherboard no. by the way in some days it overheat and restart then i chk bios it show approximate 90c heat then i open my CPU clean all mobo and processor heat sink then i see in mobo processor socket are 2 pins are bent down , clearly view from up side.then i reassemble then i watched it never restart but heats something down , it show from bios near about 70c & it cant reach to the normal heats and processor fans speed increase .then i touch my heat sink then i touch it normal heat hit but exact under processor or mobo down section is too over heat.i don't how to bent down two pins of my mobo. but i want to know for this reason CPU overheat or other prob.in future mother could be dead or not or processor could be damage.i send my mobo to Intel service center but they return.what should i do.

i think i should sell my PC in low price then i am thinking it will be dangerous because who will buy my PC he complain me in some days,

for this reason guys i waiting for your answer , my decision depends on you. tell me a solution how to reach in normal processor heat.

if its just ur processor heating issue, i'd suggest an aftermarket cooler. Go for Thermalright Ultima 90i. That shud fix it.
About ur pins getting bent, try to get it fixed at a intel repair centre. if not, better still, do it urself at home BUT SAFELY. I say this bcoz i have seen this exact situation and the solution too. An elder brother of my neighbourhood (although he's not a computer geek) fixed his pentium4 pins with a hairpin (i think it was 3-4 pins) and till date it runs fine.

Ooohh!! sounds like ouch. You told you disassembled your processor, did you notice a layer of thermal paste over heat if no, go out n look for thermal paste(100-150 bucks) and apply over your processor this could help, if this doesn't go for Micheal's suggestion
