Upgrade Help Required

I would like to upgrade my current PC(P4 2.4) to a C2D along with a MB & 2GB of DDR2 667 Ram.
I use it for programming, movies, internet, Linux, Video conversion.
I like to play games like Fifa, Cricket etc with a bit of eye candy(Not necessary ,only if possible). So would an onboard solution suffice?
Has any Motherboard got DVI connectivity?
Please help me.............
Budget: 12K.

I would also like to know the price of GeForce 8600 graphic cards.

get a Pentium Dual Core 2.0GHz for 2.9k,IP35-E for 4.9K,2*1GB DDR2 667 for 1.
8k.all these total to 9.6k.so u hav 2.4k in hand.8600GT costs bout 3.3-3.5k.no either xtend ur budget or get a 2nd hand 7800GT (some1s selling it in Bazaar).

I'll suggest you to extend your budget & get a 8600Gt instead. It's dx10 compliant.
