Default should i buy dell SP2208WFP ?


hello,

after a bit of research , i decided to go for dell sp2208wfp. here's part of the quotation.

what do u guys think ? shall i go for it ? i have been assured that the gloss panel wont affect me much. have i missed anything ? is there some super cool tft for 15k thats better than this one which i have missed ?

how did u get one so cheap??i paid 18.5k for my sp2208wfp...its a great monitor but i have an issue with it...see my thread in this section

Hey you are getting it fairly cheap. I shelled out 16100/- for the set last month! in Bangalore.

I dont know how it fairs against the dell 22", but i recently bought a Viewsonic vx2235wm-5 for 12.9k and am pretty satisfied with it

Reduce your colour settings to R90 G90 B90, set your sharpness at 40-50% and enable Cleartype. That should do the trick for you.

thanks dude.that helped a lot. WOW , now i'm really liking this monitor. . die hard 4.0 1080p trailer was simply fabulous. and i can read text nearly with as much ease as CRT. . any more good settings are welcome.
