I have a intel dual core 1.8 ghz processor.
sppose i exchange it for an intel core 2 duo 2ghz or 2.4 ghz processor how much will i have to pay................

CPU:Intel 1.8 Ghz dual core E2160
RAM:1 gb
HDD:80 gb
DVD drive: 52x
Video: Intel 82945G Express Family Chipset, 128 MB
Sound: DirectX9.0 compatible sound card
DirectX: DirectX9.0c

why do u want to change ur procy?if ur not much into procy intensive tasks and gaming u wont feel a gr8 diff bet ur current procy and a C2D @ 2Ghz.

need to change my processor mainly for games like Virtua Tennis 3 and Top Spin 2 and for animation

ok.then get a E7200 or if u hav the budget then a E8400 though u'll hafta change ur mobo if u get these proccies

forget AGP....

u will have to buy a PCI-Express card....in simple words...look out for these..

8600GT....abt 5k (i have heard as low as 3.5k)
9600GT...abt 9K
8800GS...abt 10k

ok im not too sure abt the pricing. but these are the model numbers u should look out for. just like motherboards, these graphics cards are available from all manufacturers like.. Asus, XFX, MSI, Palit etc.
