Default modem problem

i am using lg lsp 350t phone for net connection-but i am facing a unique problem-after every 10- 14 min surfing it shows an error
"the modem (or other connecting device) is already in use or is not configured properly"
and then i have to restart the system--
tried both in vista and xpsp3-it shows same error-i have reinstalled modem drivers but it isnt working

virus could be the culprict! , a PORT conflict or ur phones DATA CABLE! try using a diiferent phone (ur friends phone ) and check if problem persists!!if it shows same error try scanning ur PC with UPDATED ANTIVIRUS!! if no virus found then install a fresh copy of windows!

have latest definitions of kaspersky 7 and spyware doctor--
no virus found--i think there may be port conflict-but have changed ports -nothing works

in the device manager i am getting
LGE CDMA Composite USB Device
LGE CDMA USB Modem
LGE CDMA USB Serial Port (COM4)

but in phone and modem options-advanced port settings -it uses com3 and when i change it to com 4or com1 it says that this port is already in use--after opting for com 4 or anyother still i am getting the same error

one thing more-i am using usb to connect the phone to comp
