want to update processor (amd939)

ok i have an amd 3200+ 939 socket and i want to upgrade my processor.
i cant find a x2 processor for the 939 socket even in nehru place...is there a mobo i can buy which is
1)cheap
2)supports agp (i have a nvidia6600 which i adore)
3)i know its asking to much but supports ddr1 (ithis would be super)
4)has am2 socket with x2 support (phenom support would be phenominal

but is there somewhere where a 939 x2 processor can be bought?

i want to sick with amd as i trust it ALOT!

P.S. the cheap and agp are most important things

sorry for the impatience but i really need to upgrade...i want to play assassins creed and my processor is too slow for it

1) Overclock your processor to 2.6GHz
2) Get MSI NX8600GT for 4k

That should be more than enough.

But it will be better if you can save money and get full upgrade.
