Wink RAM Selecting Dilema for dv2533tx

Hi I have a HP Pavilion dv2533tx laptop which comes with 1GB RAM (512MB*2). I am planning for RAM upgradation and juggling among the following options>

-->Selected RAM for the brand. Kingston KTH-ZD8000B/2G., Twice as costly as other Value options.
-->Cosair Value Select RAM [VS2GSDS667D2].
--> Kingston Value RAM KVR667D2S5/2G.

1. What are the differences between selected RAM for a machine and Value RAMS?
2. Will the above 2 Value RAM be compatible for my machine?
3. Which one gives better performance, Cosair or Kingston?

Regards

use CPU Z to check whether u have a present 667 MHz RAM or 800 MHz ram, in case of 667 MHz no point buying 800 MHz unless you plan to completelly remove the present Rams all together
