I will get a 24" monitor for now. There is no need to change 8800GS for now. After a year, this card will become stale and then I will get a card that suites the games releasing at that time.

4870 may cost 300$ now but after few months, it will cost 200$ or even less.

Hence, There is no need to change your GPU. Just change your display and enjoy high-def gaming on 24".

I vote for that HD 24" of Dell 8800 is already a good enough to drive that for games and movies

Thanks guys for voting. Now i think 24" is worth the price and after buying it i won't regret.
and now i also don't think i need a new card at the moment cos 8800GS can play any game right now at high quality.
and i also think a 600 Watt psu will run any card i want in future too(4870)

My local retailer is selling the dell 24" monitor of 22700+vat(i think 4%)so about 23600 is it ok or should i order it online,also how to order it online?

Online price is lot higher than dealer's price. Get it from the dealer. See if you can bargain a little more. BTW, what is the model number that your dealer has in stock? Is it 248WFP or 2408WFP?

Its Dell E248WFP, he does not have it in stock he will order it from banglore which will take about 10 Days according to him
Oh really can i get it cheaper price in delhi, someone i know will go to delhi in few days, so can u suggest me a shop and its address.

248WFP should be available for some 22k at dealer. 23.6k is Dell online purchase price I think. Just request a quote from Dell and compare prices.

If you have any friend working at Dell, get 2408WFP (available for some 25k). Awesome viewing angle, HDMI port, USB, card reader.
