Arrow Router hunting...n Ram latency


Hello!

i m planning to buy a router ....fr my ADSL connction..

Should i go fr a 'n' or nt ... althogh my laptp has a Broadcom 802.11 b/g WLAN
Which one to go fr.? Shall i stick wid the digit test dis month... or suggest sum other??
my budget 4000 bucks... n can be extended...

secondly, i want to knw wat xactly ram latency is???

Get an Aztech Wireless router for Rs1900/-. I use if for my business, no problems! and easily configurable, one of the best user interfaces. This is only a router and not one with an Inbuilt ADSL modem. You can use this only if you already have a Modem.

You don't need to bother about ram latency as long as you're not an overclocker or an avid gamer trying to get every bit of performance out of the hardware.

The time between initiating a request for a character in memory until it is retrieved. If the data are not in the cache, it takes longer to obtain them.

You should go for Netgear DG834G. It is a good router.
