Default Wanna buy a gaming LCD Monitor

I'm looking for an LCD monitor on which I can play games and watch movies as well. My config must meet the requirements:

1. 22" or 24"
2. Aspect Ratio 16:10(preference) or 16:9
3. Contrast Ratio >= 1000:1
4. Screen Resolution: 1920x1200 (only)
5. Preferably no web-cam and other additional stuffs
6. Within Rs. 25k
7. No. of Colors = 16.7 Million
8. Luminance >= 300 cd/square-metre

If I can get better quality than written above in less than 25k, it will be better.

You can safely knock out the 22" option then cause you won't find that resolution in a 22 incher.

I'd say go with the Dell 24" that retails for somewhere around 25k (exactly 25k?). It has all or most of the features you mentioned and Dell is a reputed brand. There's also an HP monitor floating around for the same, looks better, but I don't know how good HP is so I can't say.

@Udaya Maurya
Go with dell e248wfp. BTW I own e228wfp and am very satified. e248wfp is 24" version of the same panel. 60hz causes very noticable tearing when quickly turning around in fps games if the framerate is higher than 60. I dont know if its tearing due to 60hz or its because of response time.
One questions for you. What gfx setup will you use to power 1920*1200 gaming?

Thanks for reply, well 1920x1200 is not just for gaming but for HD movies too. And I guess old games can be played at 1920x1200 with a nice gfx card.
