Please Suggest a VERY RELIABLE machine

I need a very reliable machine for business. It dont need to be a powerhouse. I know any machine will be powerful enough for it.

I need :

Very robust motherboard with nice upgrade option.

Very robust processor.

Very very reliable 250 gb(or 320 if budget permits ) hdd.

No extra gpu.

Average 17 inch widescreen

Please note than the machine will run from 9am to 10 pm 6 days a week. Also need to store clients photographs so the hard disk need to be very reliable.

I'll prefer to assemble my own machine but open to everything. Please suggest me a configuration under 30k.but cheaper is better.
