Default Help HP & BROTHER MFD?

I need help deciding on which MFD to buy for my home office. I mostly work with BW docs but occassionally a client wants a color job. I've read the HP and BROTHER reviews and am more confused. HP has so many models and I cannot tell the difference between OfficeJet AIO and OfficeJet Pro. My basic requirements are.

1. Legal size flatbed scanning & Copying as I mostly work with legal size docs.
2. Wireless connectivity
3. ADF
4. Auto duplexing
5. Low TCO
6. Easy availability of consumables as well as all India service.
7. Reasonably fast printing with good quality prints.
8. Fax ( preferably 33.6 kbps)

Price is not an issue. Would also appreciate recommendations about any other brand and/ model. Thanks

HP is a good option but i'd recommend you to check the HP support in your city.
HP service centers in few cities of India are not good.

Thanks Abhishek. I agree HP seems to have a stronger all India support base but I am still stuck trying to decide which one of the HPs to go for that would match my needs. Any HP users out there???
