throw that mobo away and get this if you are on a strict budget:

1) Intel Dual core E2180 : Rs.3k
2) Intel DG31PR : Rs.3.5k
3) 1gig DDR2 800 : Rs.1.1k

4) 160gig sata2 hdd : Rs.2k
5) 250gig sata2 hdd: Rs.2.6k

ah. okay.

IN that case, get a 512Mb SD RAM stick for around Rs.700

It's not possible to get new Pentium 3 CPU these days. Post for a second hand CPU request at the Bazaar section.

you can get a 160gid PATA HDD for 2k these days.

810E chipset should support any P3 processor (P3 maxes out at 1.2Ghz)
