Question CMOS setting wrong


hi whenever i put my computer on i get a message saying CMOS setting wrong.what should i do?

thanks where is the CMOS battery located? where can i find a replacement? any earthing to be done before i change the battery?

^^CR2032 cell is used in all motherboards. You can find it at any computer parts shop or even at a shop where watches are repaired as the same cell is used in watches as well.
