Default LCD 22" for Gaming

Please help me i want to buy an LCD 22" - budget is 17K (max) suggest me a Brand name and model number. I will be using it for gaming.

I was thinking of going for Dell 22" but some people complaint that Dell does not provide good after sales service and the products are not delivered on time or are damaged etc.
What you guys say? Any experience with Dell?
