Tweaking DNS settings of BSNL Data one dodem instead of TCPIP DNS settings is safe to do...
if i change any any settings it will reflect the BSNL Servers... ?

There are no danger in doing that. It will gain modified DNS access (DNS other than BSNL) from the router level. It helps when u have multiple OS installed on your PC and u do not want to configure DNS simultaneously for each of them.
