while installing ubundu unfortunatly i formatted my entire hardisk by ext3 format. i was been using windows xp2.......
i lost some important data...

can anybody help me to recover my lost data????

there is very less .. (i mean it) probability tht u get even 10 % of ur data coz u "formatted" the drive... i suppose u were using FAT32 when u used XP... when u formatted it, the allocation table also got wiped out ... it is next to impossible when the File Allocation Table gets wiped out... how ever u may UndeletePlus or tune up undelete to try ur luck...

Till u get an answer, dont even turn ur pc on. U may lose more data if u use it. That is if by chance its recoverable. Otherwise use it, u wont lose what u already lost.
