ATA 133, IDE???????? please help some doubts here

I have a PATA HDD, for a round IDE cable what should I buy??? I'm really confused by the ATA 133 and stuff, which one should I buy, I also need a round cable for my Optical drive but i see there's no other option, so will the ATA 133 one work??? please solve my doubts... Also the pins fitting in the IDE optical drive is different than the HDD ATA and there's even one less in the latter one, please help

IDE Cables have 40 Pins, the 100/133 refers only to the Data Transfer Speed, nothing else.

and its same as SATA-150(also known as SATA) and SATA-300(known as SATA-II) where 150 and 300 says speed
