My friend is purchasing an XPS m1330 under EPP. The prices seem to be 12% higher than what it was last month, the Dell rep said that prices have gone up and hence they have increased the prices even for EPP.
I believe that there will be no more "cost price" deals from Dell, and even EPP will not be the same.
The price quoted was for T8100, 4GB, 320GB, LED screen, nVIDIA 8400GS etc (Rs. 64k under EPP!) The same config was bought by another person I know (last month) for around 58k.
Can anyone confirm this if you know? Whether the prices of hardware has really increased...or is the Dell sales rep taking my friend for a ride?
