Cheap internal Tv tuner card

please help me choose a good internal card ( cheaper ones ) . Mainly used ofr capturing and watching tv

And mainly compatible with vista . i have seen vista Switch to basic theme when using a Tv tuner card bundled software . why is that happening ?

you can get a pixelview playtv pro 3, a vista compatible(not mediacenter ready) for 1k exactly. The switching occurs only if overlay mode is enabled in the software.

Problem exists without over lay enabled . right now i have a zebronics tv box TV2007 , its working fine on vista , i need an internal card
