With 160 GB SATA HDD & 80 GB External HDD
With 1 GB RAM

But My PC Day-by-day Is Going Slow. Being 1 GB Of RAM I Was Worried. First I Thought That There Might Me Virus. So I Buyied Quick Heal AntiVirus. Now There Is o Virus. But Still My PC Is Running Slow So What Should I Do?

I Asked My Friend He Told Me To Extend My RAM Upto 2 GB So Extending Of Ram Will Work?

as asked above please tell your OS and FULL config.. quick heal might not get all trojans etc. try running a trial verison of bit-defender so that you be sure of what is going on..

try removing junkies with ccleaner or tuneup utilities, also clean your invalid registry entries.

defrag all of drives if they require the same.
