Default BIOSTAR or GIGABYTE?

guys i am planning to buy a new desktop pc.
Earlier i planned to buy a GIGABYTE mobo. link:

http://www.theitdepot.com/product.ph...roduct_id=2779

cost: around 3k

Then a friend of mine suggested BIOSTAR TP35D2. link:
http://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en-us/...t.php?S_ID=286

cost around 4k

But then i came to know that BIOSTAR mobo are not good for OCing. link:

http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/mai..._13.html#sect1

Im confused. My budget is 4.5k maximum.

which mobo should i go for?

And i also have to choose among Core 2 Duo E6550 and E7200. Please help
