SMPS going down in every 3 months

A friend of mine having a problem recently. His smps is going down in every 3 months . He replaced it within the warranty . But again it goes down in 3 months.

His PC config is :

MOBO - INTEL original (number not known to me)
PROCEssor = celeron D
RAM = transcend 1 GB
smps - INTEX
monitor = 15" Samsung

The earthing connection of his house is checked and its ok .

Why this SMPS blowout happening again and again ?
