Pc Freezes & Restarts

Guys,

I hv irritating problem since three days.

While working in some software it suddenly freezes, shows blue screen & restarts.

What wud be da problem guys???

My config is:
Win vista ultimate
Intel dual core 1.8
Intel 965
1 gb ram
Xfx 7300 gf
80 gb pata

Download a software called memtest. This will test your rams. It seems your rams are faulty. Either that or check if its inserted properly. It either could be that or this:

Ok pal, i will post results by dis evening.

No mate it doesn't work as i hv tried by using new kingstone 1gb ram.

Instead now it says ''BOOTMGR cannot found, press CTRL + ALT + DEL to reboot''. I hv tried setting boot device in bios.

I hv set 1st boot device to CD/ DVD & 2nd boot device to HDD but doesn't works. Sometime it boots from CD/DVD of win XP or VISTA but setup fails.

Plz help me guys.
