Dell XPS m1530 Arrival Time

Hey guys, i live in chennai and have ordered a dell xps m1530. My sales rep told me that i shud recieve it by this saturday when i ordered it on monday. However the dell order status says that i will recieve it only in the next monday. I thought that there was a factory here in tamil nadu. Does it really take this long or is dell just trying to give themselves some buffer time?

You seems to be lucky, I ordered Dell 24" LCD on 8th of this month and expected delivery time on Dell website says 27th. Seems they want to play safe by intentionally extended the date. I ordered a LCD 22" last year and it took around 13 days to reach me after I placed the order.
