Need help

Hi i got myself a N82 couple of days back . Evrything worked fine but from today morning it is giving me a little trouble... the ringtone is giving a funny sound but when the music is played on the music player it is good and doing well ... only when an incoming call comes the ringtone changes and give an totally different sound.. I tries everything and nothing seems to work at all . I am used to symbian mobile since i have used N70 for couple of year so tech experts please help me

Did ay scan for viruses or just back up ur data and then restoreur cell to factory settings...
