I MOVED TO DELHI A YEAR BEFORE AND HAVEN'T EXPLORED MUCH YET..


WHAT I KNOW RIGHT NOW IS THAT I NEED A GAMING RIG BUT I DONT KNOW FROM WHERE SHOULD GET THE COMPONENTS.


CAN YOU TELL ME FROM WHERE CAN I GET THE FOLLOWING CONFIG:

Intel Core 2 Extreme QX6700
Board : ASUS P5N32-SLI SE Deluxe
Ram : 4 GB Coirsair 800 Mhz
Graphic Card : 2*XFX Geforce 8800GTXS alpha dog editon coupled in SLI mode
(OR MAYBE 9800GTX SLI IF ITS WORTH IT)

Cabanet : Antec Super Lanboy
PS : Antec True power 1000 W
HDD : 2x500 GB 15000 RPM SCSI HDD with RAID 0
Monitor : LCD 24' Inch
Speakers : Artis s6600r
Mouse: Logitech MX518
Keyboard: Logitech G15
Headphones: Altec Lancing ahs515
UPS: APC br800in




My limit is 1.5 lacs... Which I think can buy this...

Alright! Frankly, this might be an overkill! IMO, two XFX XXX 9600GTs should suffice long. If not, then simply go for 2x8800GTS! Regarding brand, yep XFX is nice. However, u might wanna consider Palit or EVGA too!!

dont u think 2 hdd is too much or else you could buy single 1TB 7200rpm hdd.

i will say a corsair 720 SMPS will be the best for ur purpose... and also 2 hdd is a good choice as so much data on one drive might be risky...

i've found most ppl here not interested in DDR3
this guy can buy it though..good idea
but i'd rather buy a cheapo mobo + proccy and wait for nehalem if i were to spend 1.5 lacs
by that time we'll also see betteer GPU's from AMD / Nvidia

yeah ddr3 is too expensive for me and still ddr3 era has not explode yet anyways happy buy tanush_89 and dont forget to post some pics.
