Default Q9300 available in India?

Guys do anybody know is Q9300 & other members of its family are available in India or not , if yes than what it there price?

12K+.
Thats wayy more than i thought 9300 would go for.Was finally hoping for a sub 10 K quad core from intel.Might decrease by Dec,by which time the nehalem proccy's would have arrived.
